The open-plan ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a spacious living area with a sofa, TV, and desk nook, and floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the terrace. A twin bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate toilet are also on this level.
Upstairs, the master bedroom includes a 160x200 cm bed, an ensuite shower room, and scenic views of the surrounding greenery and Saint-Paul-de-Vence. The garage serves as a laundry and storage space.
Outside, enjoy deck chairs, outdoor dining, and a peaceful setting.
The shared pool is just 30 steps away along a lavender-lined path. The entire house is for the use of the guests.
There is one parking space in front of the house as well. The pool is shared with the other residents in the domaine. You will be left in peace unless you need help or information.

Mooi huis op een afgesloten domein.
Proper , net huis met alle comfort aanwezig.
Eigen parkeerplaats voor de deur. Klein maar leuk terras achter de living. 2 ruime slaapkamers met aansluitend beide een badkamer.
Gedeeld Zwembad op een paar stappen van het huis , was heel rustig en zeer proper.
