This elegant accommodation is perfect for group trips and is located in a luxurious city, a 25-minute drive from Barcelona. The house is situated near a natural reserve, perfect for hiking, and 10 minutes by car from beautiful beaches with excellent quality restaurants. Ideal for families and friends to enjoy nature, the pool, and incredible views. The house is spacious, with large rooms equipped with air conditioning and a trampoline for the little ones to have fun.

This wonderful property is located at the top of a hill, providing spectacular views of the Maresme coast.

The house is distributed over two floors. The first floor features a spacious living-dining room, a large kitchen equipped with all appliances, three double bedrooms with aircon, a full bathroom with a shower, and a guest toilet. On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and dressing room, and a second living room with a TV.

DUE TO THE EXCEPTIONAL DROUGHT EXPERIENCED IN CATALONIA, THE REGIONAL GOVERNMENT HAS ENFORCED WATER USAGE REGULATIONS. AS A RESULT, THE JACUZZI SERVICE IS SUSPENDED UNTIL THE EMERGENCY SITUATION IS OVER.

The house has beds for 10 people, and an additional bed can be added, and/or the sofa on the upper floor can be set up as a bed to accommodate a total of 12 people. For more guests, please inquire.

The exterior of the house has two levels: at the house level, there is a barbecue and dining area, lawn and trampoline. In a lower area, is the solarium area with a deep pool, sun loungers, tables, chairs, shower, and umbrella.

We offer a crib and high chair upon request and subject to availability. There is free Wi-Fi and a security alarm. Parking is available in front of the house free of charge.

The property is located on a quiet road, a 3-minute drive from the village center, where you will find all kinds of services and quality restaurants. Premiá de Mar offers the nearest beaches, and there is also a port with shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. Mataró has an excellent shopping center, supermarkets, and restaurants and is only a 10-minute drive away. Barcelona Airport is 40 km away, and Girona Airport is 60 km away.

* Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
* Access is only allowed for the number of people registered at check-in. For additional people, please consult; we have options to expand accommodation.
* Fires are prohibited throughout the property except in the barbecue area.
* Access to non-landscaped areas is not allowed.
* Children must be supervised by adults. The property is not responsible for physical injuries due to misuse of sports and leisure facilities.
* According to local regulations, it is mandatory to show ID (or passport) to complete the traveler's registration.
* Please dispose of trash in containers outside the property and place dishes in the dishwasher before leaving.
*A deposit payment of €1.000 is required via credit card upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded to the same card, after the apartment inspection, 7 days after the check-out date (Airbnb reservations exempted).
* The local tourist tax is not included: €1.10 per adult (>16) per day (with a maximum charge of 7 nights) and must be paid at check-in.
* Unreturned key set: €200. Stained or damaged bed linen or towels (sunscreen, makeup, shoe sole, tinted): €15 each.
* Check-in is from 16h to 20h. Late check.in from 20 to 22 hs: 40€ supplement
