Welcome to La Scala de Suresnes: a fully renovated 1930s townhouse with a landscaped garden, two terraces and a grand piano — on a quiet residential street at the gates of Paris.
THE HOUSE (139 m² / 1,500 sq ft over 4 levels)
Garden level: fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, with direct access to the garden and its south-east-facing terrace for sunny meals. Laundry room with washing machine, pantry and separate toilet.
Ground floor: light-filled living room with a grand piano and a dedicated workspace, ideal for remote work.
1st floor: two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, and a terrace.
2nd floor: master suite with walk-in wardrobe and shower room with toilet.
Basement: wine cellar.
SLEEPING
Sleeps 5: two double beds and one single bed — plus a baby cot, with books and toys for little ones.

A true landscaped city garden with outdoor lounge furniture in the shade of a Judas tree and bamboo: perfect for morning coffee or an evening aperitif.

Suresnes, right at the gates of Paris: the Bois de Boulogne and Fondation Louis Vuitton close by, Mont Valérien with its panoramic view over Paris, the Parc de Saint-Cloud, La Défense and the Paris La Défense Arena. T2 tram (Suresnes-Longchamp) to La Défense, L-line train (Puteaux station) to Paris Saint-Lazare: allow ~15 minutes to reach Paris.
