IMPORTANT: Weekly rental from SATURDAY to SATURDAY
New 40 m² apartment (2008) in very calm and bright co-ownership (sleeping 4 people):
Ground floor: hallway with storage, WC, living room / kitchen with full-foot balcony with superb mountain views.
Upstairs: two bedrooms separated by the bathroom fitted with a shower cabin.
Important private parking space because parking is very complicated.
Facing South / West so sunny.
Ski or bike room outside, lockable.
Possibility of
Town center at 10 minutes on foot, cable car at 5 minutes on foot to go skiing or going to mountain bike trails, rock bath at 7 minutes on foot (several pools, hammam, sauna, treatments ...).
Possibility to rent sheets and towels.
So the car is not essential because parking in Cauterets is difficult.
Very quiet apartment, very well equipped, with breathtaking mountain views in a maintained and clean co-property.
FYI the ski resort closes the last weekend of April.
Prices are inclusive of all charges.
Lourdes is a 30-minute drive away.

Appartement conforme au descriptif, très bien situé ( commerces, remontées mécaniques, thermes, aires de jeux),tout en étant au calme et avec une belle vue. Nous avons apprécié la propreté du logement et tous les équipements ( lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, grille pain,etc...).
