Centrally located, a few steps from the Tennis Club in Porto Cervo, the Promenade du Port, the Old Port and the town center.
The area is also at the same time a quiet and peacefully oasis as the house is located in a block surrounded by gardens and a double pool, one for kids and a big one, joined by two water slides and a waterfall, (reason of the name 'Sa Cascada') The service and the custody is highest level : garden, pool and showers changing room are always keeped clean and super tidy. Regarding the interior design of the house we can say it respects the typical 'Costa Smeralda style', with furniture from the bespoke brand 'Arcarosa' ,synonim of extremely high quality and refinement.

We had a fantastic stay at your beautiful apartment - everything was perfect. We loved the view, the peace by the poolside in the morning and the convenience of walking into Porto Cervo in the evening.

L’appartamento è fresco ed in posizione comoda .
Manca completamente di accessori per la casa ( avevamo 4 bicchieri, 4 piatti piani e 5 fondi . Padelle anni 80 ).
Le poltrone esterne erano rotte.
Abbiamo trovato Alcuni Cassetti con indumenti di soggetti terzi.
