At the front, a large porch equipped with deck chairs, table and chairs for pleasant outdoor dining. All around, a 400sqm garden, well kept and fresh. The house is located in a very quiet area, but convenient for all services: the sea is only 400m away, along a beautiful walk shaded by lime trees; at 50 meters we find the first shops, at 200 meters the railway station, at 7km the highway.
There is a nice playground under the trees, nearby.
Deiva is an ideal little town for family holidays and for restful and relaxing stays.
In just 15 minutes by train you can reach the Cinque Terre; little more to get to Portofino, Sestri Levante, the Aquarium of Genoa.
By car, we are 120 km from Pisa, 80 from Versilia (Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio), 100 from Lucca, 160 from Florence.

Deiva is also the ideal starting point for interesting trekking excursions.
