In the'Périgord noir',2 kilometers awway from the centre of the medieval village of Belvès,classified among the most beautiful villages in France,and within 25 kms of Sarlat: a picturesque house,15th-19th century,with a swimming pool,in a large estate,with a private lane to the house.The house is detached,with a surface of 200 square meters,with a large sitting room,a second one with a piano, 4 bedrooms,a huge garden,2 terraces,2 bathrooms with a bath, a washing machine,a dish washer,a barbecue,numerous games for the children,(a swing,a hut),cartoons,books,cards...).
The place offers numerous possibilities for hiking and excursions.The shops are within walking distance(20 minutes'walk).The private swimming pool can be used from mid May to mid October. Very peaceful

This is a very old beautiful house. The location is rural with lovely views, it's so peaceful and relaxing. It's a very short drive or about 20mins walk into the beautiful town of Belves. Me family particularly enjoyed the two friendly dogs visiting from the farm opposite. The hosts were readily available to answer any questions we had.

A lovely peaceful spot but only 5 minutes from Belves, a fabulous little town. Daily visits by two friendly dogs from the hamlet!
A little cool for the pool but still much warmer than the UK!
