This cozy cottage / villa of approximately 75m² located on the sandy beach on the edge of the center of Follonica and is easily reached by car. On foot you can reach the pedestrian area and all major facilities.
From the beach promenade you go down a few steps in the 30m² large, private garden, which is completely fenced.
Here you can relax in the shade of oleander trees or eat comfortably.
From the garden you enter the house, which is divided as follows: entrance hall, from which you can reach in a double bedroom with additional sofa bed, a bedroom with two single beds, the bathroom and into the living room.
From this, you come to a guest toilet, the kitchen and a double bedroom.
From the living room takes you to the covered terrace (18m²), have direct access from the sandy beach.
From the terrace and the beach you can enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist perfekt gelegen. Parkplätze waren vor dem Haus verfügbar. Die Einrichtung war schön und die Küche gut augestattet.

Sehr schön, das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Auf Grund der zentralen Lage ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas schwierig, da die öffentlichen Parkplätze bei unserer Ankunft alle belegt waren. Das Haus ist am Anfang der Fußgängerzone und der Strand ist öffentlich, dadurch ist es in einer sehr belebten Gegend.
