Very nice, spacious single-family house (175qm) for 2-6 people equipped in a quiet prime location, modern and comfortable. Large comfortable living room with fireplace, 2 separate bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Bath, shower, sauna and fitness room leave no wish unfulfilled. The large garden (950qm) with a nice lawn and a cozy terrace invite you to linger. For your car there is a garage. For sporty and children there is a table tennis table!
Located just start cross-country ski (classic and skating) and the direct access to fascinating hikes (Breitenstein, Geigelstein, Klobenstein, Kampenwand and many hosted mountain pastures. Children's lift in about 1km, alpine skiing in about 10 or 15km.

Wir waren für sechs Übernachtungen in diesem sehr schönen Haus, wo es an nichts fehlte. Alles ist super ausgestattet, schön geräumig und ruhig gelegen.Für Hundebesitzer ist das Haus mit dem sehr schönen und großen Garten hervorragend geeignet.Wir können das Haus voll und ganz weiter empfehlen!

Das Ferienhaus war wieder super sauber. Vielen Dank dafür. Auch die Komunikation mit Herrn Fuchs war sehr freundlich auch dafür vielen Dank.Im Ferienhaus selbst fehlt es an nichts. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf das nächste Jahr.

Ein sehr sauberes und schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Die Anreise sowie Abreise wurden durch Herrn Fuchs sehr zuvorkommend gestaltet. Wir hatten leider mit dem Wetter Pech und so war es um so wichtiger, dass wir uns im Haus wohlgefühlt haben.
