This stunning south-facing villa is a striking example of contemporary architecture, offering five bedrooms and four bathrooms, and accommodating up to a MAXIMUM OF 8 guests in complete comfort. Perfect for families, groups of friends, or couples, it provides a stylish and peaceful retreat in one of Ibiza's most desirable locations.
At the heart of the home is a spacious open-plan living area with soaring ceilings, comfortable seating, and an eye-catching wood and steel staircase leading to a mezzanine office and library. Flooded with natural light, the space creates an inviting atmosphere for both relaxing and entertaining.
The first floor features two beautifully appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms. The impressive master suite includes a walk-in dressing area with open wardrobes, a luxurious en-suite bathroom with both a walk-in shower and bathtub, and direct access to a private terrace overlooking the swimming pool and landscaped gardens. A twin bedroom with its own private balcony completes this level.
On the ground floor, you'll find a further double bedroom and bathroom, alongside a sleek, fully equipped modern kitchen and spacious dining area. Adjoining the kitchen is a comfortable TV lounge featuring a 60-inch Smart LED television with SKY TV Freeview, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video.
Beyond the TV room are two additional bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Although connected to the main house, this wing has its own private entrance, making it an excellent option for grandparents, older children, or guests who appreciate a little extra independence.
Finished to a high standard throughout, the villa blends warm wooden flooring with polished micro-cement finishes and tasteful interiors inspired by contemporary European and Asian design. Air conditioning is provided in the four principal bedrooms as well as the kitchen, dining, and TV areas, ensuring comfort during the warmer months.
Outside, the beautifully maintained gardens provide a tranquil setting for enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle. A traditional stone barbecue, generous pool terrace with ample sun loungers, and a large outdoor dining table create the perfect space for long lunches, sunset drinks, and relaxed evenings under the stars.
For complete peace of mind, the villa is professionally deep-cleaned before every arrival and after each departure using specialist products, ensuring an immaculate, safe, and welcoming environment throughout your stay.

Had the most amazing stay for our friend’s 40th Birthday! Martin’s villa is stunning. It felt like home for the week we were there. Very spacious, modern and clean. Absolutely love the dressing room too, lovely place to get ready for nights out. I couldn’t stay out of the pool either, it was lush. Would definitely stay again. Thank you so much Martin!
