Licence no. 11362/AL Stunning 6 bedrooms fully air conditioned villa with outdoor pool, which can be heated. ((There is a fee for heating the pool of £100 ) , situated within the village of Manta Rota, 12km from Tavira and 12km from Vila Real de Santo Antonio. Close to all amenities and only five minutes walk from the superb sandy beach. The villa is within a few minutes drive of five superb golf courses, including the new Jack Nicklaus,Monte Rei course. The villa has a unique Spanish style 'hacienda' courtyard at the front of the house, a lovely terraced garden of lawn and fruit trees, and a beautiful 8 by 4 metres outdoor heatable and fenced, pool, and Jacuzzi. The house has additional terrace areas with views over the village and towards the sea, and is luxuriously furnished throughout its six bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large living room , together with a large kitchen/dining room. There is also a covered games area with pool table and darts and a table tennis table.
The owners live nearby and are on hand to assist in anything that you may require, from general information to recommendations of restaurants, and places to see and visit.
The beautiful Ria Formosa!: The Ria Formosa in the Algarve is a beautiful labyrinth of lagoons separated from the sea by a coastal dune system which is broken up by various natural inlets. It is one of the most important nature reserves in the network of wetlands that links Europe and sub-Saharan Africa. The Ria has an enormous variety of natural habitats that provide refuge, feeding and breeding areas for an infinite number of flora and fauna and is a haven for birds.
The beaches of the isles of Faro, Barreta, Culatra, Armona and Tavira form a natural barrier to the Ocean. Behind are the dunes, sometimes just a narrow strip and sometimes wider and then come the labyrinth of lagoons and small sand islands and channels. At low tide other salty habitats are uncovered forming marches and salt marshes.

Fabulous traditional villa for our family holiday with gorgeous pool area- this is our 2nd visit which speaks volumes. Stunning new kitchen and other upgrades since our last visit. We love the quiet area - the only noise is from our kids in the pool and a cockerel nearby who thinks it's dawn all day!

Beautiful property situated in a fab location close to the beach shops and restaurants.Extremely well equipped and clean. The outside area is ideal for families and the pool area was a great place to relax. Andrew and Else were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend

Absolutely loved the villa, it exceeded our expectations, would definitely recommend. Had some meals out in nearby restaurants and food was lovely and very reasonable, beach was lovely too.
