the VILLINO is located in a condominium complex of 15 residential units and appears to be a semi-detached head with a private courtyard separated from the condominium context. Renovated in 2015, it is located in the Gulf of Villasimius exactly on the Campus beach from which it is a few meters away (easily accessible on foot) and 10 meters from the sea in front of the cliff which can be reached by following a short stone staircase.
As you arrive you will find the convenient private parking for the semi-detached house and you can access the house with a few steps. On the ground floor there are a perfectly equipped kitchenette and living room, in front of the living room there is an external porch (see photo) with table, chairs, deck chairs and barbecue for dinners and relaxation in front of the sea. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one large double and one small with bunk beds) and 1 bathroom. From the first floor and from the master bedroom there is access to a terrace facing the sea of about 70 square meters and an external staircase leads to the roof always panoramic living of about 25 square meters. On the parking side there is an external bathroom with a hot shower convenient for returning from the sea.

Ich war in der Vorsaison auf Sardinen und in diesen Haus direkt am Meer, mit einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Das Haus ist etwas in alter gekommen aber sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hin fahren.

Wir hatten einen unserer schönsten Urlaube. Besonders toll war, dass man auch von der Terasse aus das Meer sieht und nir wenige Minuten vom Meer entfernt ist. Selbst beim Schlafen hört man noch das Meer. Einfach Traumhaft.
