Paseo Butron by Basquelidays is a beautiful apartment facing the sea located in the heart of Hondarribia, on one of the most beautiful promenades on the Basque coast. With capacity for 6 people, it is an ideal option if you are traveling with your family or a group of friends.
Located on the first floor of the building, on the sea side, it consists of a beautiful living-dining room with a 3.70 m gazebo overlooking the promenade and a fully equipped American kitchen. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower is located on the opposite side. It also has a second 8 m2 room with two single beds and a window to the living room, a bathroom with sink and WC and a separate shower.
The entrance to the apartment is in a pedestrian area, so if you come by car, it is recommended to park in the La Venta car park and walk along the promenade or park on the street parallel to Paseo Butrón, Almirante Alonso street.
Paseo Butrón also offers parking for one car 250 meters from the property, Wi-Fi connection and the possibility of requesting a cot and high chair.
Parties or events are not allowed and silence is requested between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. the next day.
Leaving the apartment, we find a small beach called Kai Zaharra, an old fishing port where fish was unloaded. Walking 3 minutes we reach the Barrio de la Marina, an old fishermen's neighborhood located outside the walls, with a popular architecture with its houses equipped with wooden balconies that are painted in bright colors and decorated with numerous flowers.
It is in Calle San Pedro where the largest number of bars, restaurants and cafeterias are concentrated where you can savor quality cuisine where fish and fresh and seasonal products are the protagonists. You will also be able to taste a varied selection of pinchos, some of them winners of various awards.
A 5-minute walk away we find the Ama Guadalupekoa bus stop, next to the school that bears the same name. From there, the E21 bus line leaves every hour with a direct 30-minute journey to Donostia - San Sebastián, the capital of Gipuzkoa, where you can enjoy numerous tourist attractions such as the Peine del Viento. Kursaal Palace, La Concha Bay or take a tour of pintxos through the streets of the Old Town.
