The apartment is completely renovated and is located in a commercial area, near playgrounds and within walking distance of the two beaches of the Itzurun and Santiago. A few meters away there is a bus stop and also the train station. Alai apartameto stands out for its breadth and luminosity. It consists of 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. All new.

Appartement idéalement situé, proche de toute commodité (plages, commerces, gare, parking).
Très fonctionnel, bien équipé et parfait pour une famille nombreuse ( Nous y avons séjourné avec 4 ados).
