The apartment is located on a panoramic terrace with beautiful sea view, table, chairs, sunbeds and umbrella.
Spacious living area with kitchen, dining area and living room. Two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
In the 2nd bedroom we can set up a double bed or two single beds. Upon request, possibility to add another single bed.
Washing machine, electric oven, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, hairdryer; Sat TV, free Wi-Fi for notebook, tablet and smartphone; gas central system for heating and warm water. This apartment is located in a real estate context including other housing units: observance of respectful behavior towards others is welcome in order to ensure a pleasant coexistence for all and to make the most of the time dedicated to the holiday. TOURIST TAX (Kurtaxe) - At the price indicated on line is added the tourist tax, which is determined per person and number of nights up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights.
The current rate in 2019 was 1 euro / day / person for apartments furnished for tourist use. Children who are under 12 years of age and other users specifically indicated in the municipal provision are exempt from paying the tax.
