Spacious, bright and pleasant apartment of 110 square meters on one level, completely renovated in 2016, with a parking space and a large private garage that can easily accommodate two cars, motorcycles, bicycles ...
Ideally located on the 1st floor of a village house, this apartment is on a quiet street 1 minute walk from the historic and commercial center of Ribeauvillé.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining room, the living room, all with an area of 50 square meters, facing south and with open views. It consists of 3 bedrooms, one of 10m2 with a double bed of 140x190, the second of 14m2 with a double bed of 160x200, and the third of 15m2 with two single beds of 90x190, of a bathroom with 90x140 shower, separate WC as well as a laundry room equipped with an exercise bike and a stepper. In order to find an impeccably clean house, I will charge you an additional € 60 corresponding to the "end of stay" cleaning fee, payable upon your arrival. A deposit of 400 € will be requested upon your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure. I can offer you the rental of bed linen and towels at the price of € 10 per person, payable on arrival.

We were very pleased with this accommodation. Spacious, quiet, and just one street over from the main street of interest. Anne and her husband were easy to stay in touch with and responsive to our needs. Kitchen well equipped and functional. Garage a pleasant plus in this town where parking is an issue. We would happily return here should we stay in Ribeauville again.
