Aspetti positivi: prezzo moderato, ampiezza della casa, gentilezza del proprietario, qualche genere alimentare e bevande gia' presenti all' interno dell' appartamento prima del nostro arrivo, riscaldamento ben funzionante.
Aspetti negativi: wifi pubblico ( privato non esiste) non funzionante, possibilita' di contattare il proprietario tramite smartphone praticamente nulla, leggera sporcizia.
