In a fenced area, with a private gate, this commendable 110 sq m villa comprises: First level: Garden and large private veranda, connecting to the living room and kitchen, allowing you to serve and enjoy your meals outdoors, surrounded by greenery. 2 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms (with shower); Living/dining room with 2 double sofa beds; Kitchen; An external staircase leads to the second, semi-attic level: Terrace, also private, with table, chairs, loungers, and barbecue; 1 double bedroom; 1 bathroom; Another kitchen-living room with 2 single beds; Attic storage room. Available amenities include: Wi-Fi, 2 private parking spaces within the residence, 4 air conditioners, 2 washing machines, 2 televisions, outdoor shower, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, 2 hair dryers, and beach umbrellas. - ⚠️ PRICE INCLUDES: Villa, Wi-Fi, energy costs, final cleaning, 2 private parking spaces within the residence.
