Good to know
- Prior to arrival it is required to complete the online check-in where you will have to enter the details of the identity documents of each guest to speed up the recognition process on the day of arrival.
- The amount shown on the portal includes the owner’s rent and the payment for ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in invoice in separate accounting documents at check-out.
- The entrance to our apartments is scheduled from 15 to 19, to complete the check-in you will be sent a link with instructions for access to the apartment and a house book with useful information for the house and stay.

Excellent location. Clean and easy. Good grocery stores and restaurants in the area, even a small dog park. The market, the harbor and the old town are within walking distance. Konnten das Objekt nicht beziehen ,die Vermieterin hatte es storniert wir mussten uns eine andere Unterkunft besorgen. Trotz dem wurde es uns berechnet stink sauer 😠
