This house offers all the charms of a real family home where it is pleasant to meet to share the joys of holidays by the sea.
Completely renovated in 2012, it offers all modern comforts while retaining its charm and authenticity.
Each room has been fitted out and decorated in a warm and original way.
Its enclosed garden will allow you to enjoy the pleasures of meals or naps in the great outdoors and your children will be able to play in complete safety. On the ground floor you will find an entrance hall, a double living room, a kitchen overlooking the garden and a WC. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a balcony, a bathroom with a large Italian shower and a separate toilet. On the second floor are the other three bedrooms and a small bathroom with WC. The basement consists of an equipped laundry room, a boiler room and a useful room for storing bikes and other beach equipment, overlooking the front side garden.
Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. Ideally located in a small quiet street a few minutes walk from shops and beaches, this house is perfect for enjoying Saint Briac, a real gem of the emerald coast which inspired painters such as Gauguin and Monet. The Dinard golf course located in the town of Saint Briac is a few hundred meters away, and numerous walks or bike rides will allow you to discover magnificent landscapes.

Logement très agréable pour 2 jours et bonne réception de la personne en charge de l'accueil.Seul petit problème: il n'est pas toujours facile de trouver de la place près de la maison pour garer sa voiture..

Pour les 40 ans de notre fille ,nous avons invité nos enfants et petits enfants à Saint Briac.notre fille n etait pas au courant,ni ses enfants juste son mari. Tout le monde etait tres heureux de se retrouver dans cette belle maison confortable et propre.parfaite pour une douzaine de personnes .tres bon weekend très près de la mer et du centre du village..merci merci .F G
