This beautiful house with above ground pool is located in a quiet residential area of Arenal de Palma, only 3 minutes walking distance to the beach and the main tourist attractions. Here you can enjoy a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops, discotheques, pubs, etc. The cosy house sits on a plot of 390m2, offering total privacy to the guests. Distributed over 140m2 of construction, you will find three bedrooms and a full bathroom, which comfortably accommodates up to 5 people.
Entering into the property, you will find a comfortable and bright living room with air conditioning and television, connected to a fully equipped independent kitchen. Outside, next to the swimming pool, there is furniture for relaxing, having a barbecue or taking a dip.
If you need public transport, less than 250 metres away you will find the regular bus lines 15, 21 (Airport), 23, 25 and 454 of TIB. Our recommendation to go to the city centre is line 25, which in only 15 minutes will take you to a very central area of Palma.

All reservations include all current water consumption free of charge, 50€ of electricity consumption per reservation and, during winter season and if the property has that feature, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by oil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.
This house has air conditioning in the living room for the rest of the rooms fans can be made available to the customer. The house does not have heating either, although the air conditioning in the living room also has a heat pump for the winter.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2,20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.
Bed linen, a set of towels for the shower and beach towels are provided for each guest.
Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.

Das Haus ist perfekt für einen Party-Urlaub am Ballermann. Das Haus liegt gegenüber vom Lanchester Hotel und ist perfekt gelegen. Zum Strand und zum Bierkönig sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Die Abwicklung vom Checkin bis zum Checkout ist sehr professionell - wir kommen gerne wieder

RAFFAEL
Die Villa sieht exakt so aus wie auf den Bilder. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Negativ ist ein Nachbar welcher teilweise schon bei einem lustigen Gespräch draussen im Pool während des Tages rausgekommen ist und mehr Ruhe wollte.
