A newly renovated former stable with a lovely pool on the outskirts of the beautiful medieval city of Pistoia and only 30 minutes from Florence.

Il Poderino is stylishly furnished with a modern and luxurious feel this lovely apartment is perfect for a romantic get away or family holiday. Equipped with a kitchen and dining room with induction hob and fridge freezer, comfortable living room with a flat screen TV, pellet burner and WiFi, a double bedroom with flat screen TV and with the possibility of adding a single bed or baby cot (free of charge), and a modern and stylish with large shower. The apartment has a system with heat pumps for air conditioning in summer and warm air in winter. A high chair is also available.

The newly landscaped garden boasts a lovely swimming pool which is surrounded by olive trees. French doors from the kitchen/ living lead to the outdoor patio which is comfortably furnished. There is a nice private BBQ area for the guests to use.

The swimming pool is used by the owners family on occasion. The swimming pool is closed between November and April.

The nearest grocery store is 2KM. It is possible to reach the city of Pistoia by bus which takes 20 minutes. Taxi's into the city are not expensive and only take 10-15 minutes. From Pistoia it is possible to get a train to Florence and further afield.
