The area is well-served: bus stops, supermarkets, a tobacco shop, a bakery, and an indoor/outdoor swimming pool in the summer are all easily accessible on foot.
After a day exploring the sights of the often lively and crowded city centre or the surrounding area, silence, greenery, and the pleasure of truly feeling at home await you here!

Good to know
- Reserved parking space on the property, right in front of the entrance.
- For stays of at least 3 days, guests can use the laundry area on the ground floor, equipped with a washing machine, drying racks, an ironing board, and an iron.
- I do not live in the villa, so please let me know your arrival time so I can hand you the keys and provide some useful information.
- At check-in, you’ll need to present your ID for registration and pay the tourist tax in cash (€3.50 per person per night, max 4 nights. Children under 15 are exempt. Discounts are available for guests over 70 and for young people aged 15–25).

We liked everything about our stay. We like to walk so the location was fine for us. Gloria was a great host and helped us with anything we needed, directions, taxis, restaurants, buses…. Laundry was very accessible and the apartment was very clean. A lovely deck to sit out on as well
