Ground floor apartment with a private courtyard and a small flower garden overlooking the Lauch River and Little Venice.
DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:
from the entrance, give on the right the bedroom (queen-size bed 160 cm) and the bathroom (bath, WC, washing machine). To the left, a first living room with TV and glass view of the courtyard, then, after three steps, a second living room with an armchair convertible into a very good single bed (80 cm), library and internet connection (cable or Wifi) and finally, in continuity, a well-appointed separate kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher).
Direct access to the courtyard equipped with garden furniture, by the entrance or by the kitchen.
The apartment is planned for 2 to 3 people (A double bed and an extra bed for 1 person). It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Cleaning service offered at the end of the stay for 40 euros.
All shops, covered market, caterers, restaurants nearby.
Sheets, pillowcases, towels, kitchen towels, vacuum cleaner, cleaning and washing products (dishwasher + washing machine) are provided as well as a small "grocery store" for troubleshooting.
REMARKS:
- during the summer period and school holidays, reservations are made per full week.
- outside these periods, 4 nights minimum.

Great location. The suite has plenty of space and amenities. Easy walking around the old town section. Many bistros and bakeries nearby. The town had put a lot of effort into spring decorations when we were there which was fun. Easy to get turned around, so pick out a few landmarks to orient yourself by (the statue outside the front door, or the covered market for example).

Brigitte and Christian were amazing hosts, personally welcoming us with all the information about the apartment and leaving us with a lovely basket of regional goodies.The place was immaculate with all the essential amenities ,the location is ideal, right on the canal in little Venice- like living in a postcard! Highly recommended! One of the nicest places we've stayed!

Unsere Gastgeber sind spitze. So liebevoll wie man empfangen wird, mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten in der wundervollen Ferienwohnung, so grandios wird man auch in der Urlaubszeit umsorgt.
