Beautiful villa from the 80s, completely renovated, on the edge of the Arcachon basin (towards Cap Ferret).
Facing south, you will appreciate the proximity to the beach and the tranquility of the place.
On the ground floor: the day part consists of a kitchen, a large glazed living room with fireplace, a covered terrace with bbq, a shower room / wc, a garage.
Upstairs, the sleeping area offers 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, a terrace.
Enclosed garden (+/- 750 m2) + garden shed.
The region is very well equipped with cycle paths (all along the ocean and the basin). Bikes available.
No household linen available.

Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch waren wir sehr zufrieden. Allerdings kommt das Wasser aus den Wasserhähnen sehr spärlich ,in der Küche ist es am schlimmsten. Töpfe und Pfannen gehören dringend erneuert sie sind schon sehr verbraucht, das Tefal zerkratzt. Ansonsten war alles top tolle Gegend viele Möglichkeiten toll gegessen vor allem am Hafen der Austern in Arés.

Nous avons passé une chouette semaine à Arès. La maison est conforme à la description (il a des nouveaux transats ;-)), dans son jus mais confortable et proche de toutes les animations de la ville, de la plage.
Génial de pouvoir profiter des vélos sur place !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est idéalement placée au bord du Bassin, les voisins sont sympathiques et la personne qui gère très disponible. Seul petit bémol, l'extérieur de la maison qui mériterait d'être mieux entretenu
