Nice and friendly townhouse located at the North coast of Mallorca, in la Colònia de Sant Pere between Can Picafort and Artà.
This house is located in a walking distance to from the sea and beach. There is a charming terrace at the front of the property, with a dining area.
Inside, there is a charming living and dining room.
To the left, there are three comfortable bedrooms and a lovely bathroom.
To the right there is a graceful kitchen, with stairs that lead to the back garden, a beautiful and relaxing place to enjoy the stay.
It has air conditioning in the living room. The holiday home is only a few metres from the sea and sandy beach of Colonia de Sant Pere in the northeast of Mallorca. Nature lovers will find in the large nature reserve Llevant, directly behind the village, great hiking trails with breathtaking views. During the long walks by the sea you will discover many small natural bays that invite you to swim.
If you go to the sea towards Son Serra de Marina, you are already after 30 minutes on a beautiful, kilometer-long natural beach.
Of course, the place also as various shops (ncluding three supermarkets and a bakery) which are open all year round. IMPORTANT Welcome basket are provided with every booking.

We had amazing holiday. The place was perfect for us. There was everything you need. Very nice garden. The area is beautiful. It could be cleaner, but I highly recommend it anyway.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung, bequeme Betten, toller Garten. Ausstattung Küche könnte etwas optimiert werden. Alles in allem würden wir wieder buchen :)

La ubicación es ideal, a solo unos pasos del mar y cerca de un paseo con restaurantes. La casa es cómoda y bien equipada. No tuvimos ningún problema, check in y check out sencillo y comodo. Repetiríamos en nuestras próximas vacaciones a mallorca.
