THE COSIMO APARTMENT is an elegant and simple three-room apartment measuring 50 square metres with a garden, equipped with every comfort and able to accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment is located on the ground floor on the garden side and in the basement on the street side, ensuring a high degree of tranquility.
It consists of two spacious bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people, a fully furnished and equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, a dining area, and a bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms feature a double bed and a single bed.

Located in a central residential and commercial area, in a quiet setting yet close to shops and amenities such as the Careggi Hospital, the University of Florence, and the new courthouse. WITH THE MODERN TRAM LINE, THE HISTORIC CENTER IS EASILY ACCESSIBLE IN 10 MINUTES from early morning to late at night. There is a tram stop near the apartment:

- The tourist tax must be paid upon your arrival and is not included in the final payment. The amount is 6 euros per person over the age of 12. Exemptions may be available for students at the University of Florence, for hospital visits, and other cases (municipal tourist tax regulations)

This lower-level apartment has amazing light during the day and is nicely configured for up to 6 people, with a double bed and single in each room. Shower is seperte from the toliet/sink area, and the patio is great in the back. The black out curtains/shades are top notch! Host was great and very friendly.
