Poorly maintained, and really bad communication. Laundry machine is broken. The freezer was literally frozen shut. Two fans didn’t work. One window wouldn’t open (because the curtain rod above it is damaged). When I called the help line, they had an “AI” operator—but it was worse than a really ...
