Located in a prime spot on the outskirts of Atrani, just a short walk from the sandy beach and the heart of lively Amalfi, Terrazza Paradiso is an excellent choice for a beach holiday
Terrazza Paradiso is located on the second and top floor of an historic building without an lift. From street level, about 70 steps lead to the apartment’s main door.
The Space
The apartment spans two floors: approximately 130 square metres of indoor space and 250 square metres of terrace.
Ground Floor
Upon entering, you’ll find yourself in a spacious, elegantly furnished room divided into a living room, a dining area, and a kitchenette.
The living area features arched ceilings, antique wooden furniture, large wicker sofas that can seat 6 people around a glass coffee table, two armchairs, beautiful paintings, colourful ceramic lamps, satellite TV, and other personal touches that create an intimate atmosphere.
Adjacent to the living/dining room, on the left side, is a very well-equipped built-in kitchen that includes a beautiful wooden dining table that seats up to 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities and appliances, including an espresso machine, a toaster, a microwave, a four-burner electric cooktop, an oven, double sinks, an espresso machine, a dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with a freezer
The kitchen is perfect for cooking for yourself or having the villa’s private chef prepare a meal on-site for you and your guests.
The kitchen leads to a bathroom equipped with a sink, toilet, washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
The entire floor opens onto the terrace, which stretches the full length of the villa and offers a stunning view of the sea stretching along the entire coastline—absolutely spectacular, especially in the evening, when the coastline and the town of Atrani are both lit up while small fishing boats pass by slowly.
The terrace features a very comfortable and inviting patio equipped with a seating area and a dining area covered by a retractable awning. The outdoor furnishings include wicker sofas with cushions for 8 people, 4 lounge chairs, 2 umbrellas, and a table with chairs that can seat up to 6 people. There is also a large outdoor shower.
Inside, to the right of the living area, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The master bedroom is bright and airy. It features a double bed, two hand-painted nightstands, a large closet, a television with satellite TV, a chest of drawers, and a wicker armchair. This bedroom offers direct access to the main terrace through a French door, but also features a small balcony facing the old tower of Amalfi and the blue sea.
The second bedroom, decorated in blue, is a twin room (easily convertible to a double if needed) with a French door leading to a small balcony with a sea view. This bedroom features a closet, a bookshelf, and a chest of drawers.
The two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.
First Floor
A flight of stairs (about 18 steps) paved with terracotta tiles leads up to a separate, roofed area.
This floor features a living area with a wicker sofa for 3 people, a charming double bedroom, and a full bathroom.
The spacious master bedroom features a double bed with two nightstands, a drawer, a wicker armchair, and windows overlooking the sea.
The bathroom, decorated in white and yellow, has a full shower stall, a sink, a toilet, and a window that opens onto the terrace on the lower level.
Six more steps lead to the panoramic terrace with an additional outdoor seating area equipped with wicker chairs for 4 people, shaded by a beach umbrella

The flat was in an incredible location being just steps from Atrani shopping, restaurants and beach and a quick walk into Amalfi. The terrace is beautiful and the views are stunning! The habit was very clean and well equipped. Excellent communication with the host.
