House full of feet which includes 2 bedrooms, a fairly large fully renovated, large living room, lounge area with TV. A bathroom fully renovated with a shower. separate toilet.
Outside under the eaves seating for meals and 2 sunbeds to lie. barbecue all in an enclosed courtyard where you can put one or two cars. from the front of the house you can see the sand dune that hides the ocean that we hear very well.
The house is south west facing sunny.
The proximity of the plank road is 50 m and goes directly to the supervised ocean beach 'horizon'.

Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet, liegt sehr ruhig und strandnah. Bilder und Beschreibung passen perfekt, die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten 2 wunderbare Wochen am Cap Ferret.

Très bon séjour passé : location bien équipée, très propre, bien située, plutôt exposée au soleil, bonne communication avec ses propriétaires, qui veillent à améliorer son confort. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.
