Small individual house full of charm enjoying a very nice location at the entrance of the city.
It enjoys a lovely view of the bay and the port at the front, and has a 150m² garden facing south at the rear, at the end of which passes the tourist train of the Baie de Somme.
A private parking space is also available. The house can accommodate up to 4 people.
It consists, on the ground floor, of an entrance hall / cloakroom, a living room with a view of the bay and an equipped kitchen opening onto the garden.
Upstairs are the master bedroom with bay view, equipped with a double bed and a cot, as well as the bathroom with wc.
On the roof is a second large bedroom with two twin beds. At the rear of the house is a well-oriented terrace, as well as an outbuilding for garden furniture.
It is possible to store bikes and / or strollers. The rent does not include the optional options offered: - Bed linen rental (12 euros per bed) - Bathroom linen rental (7 euros per person) The rent does not include the payment of electricity.
This will be done according to a meter reading at the beginning and at the end of the stay, less a fixed price of 5 euros for the duration of the stay.

Das Haus haben wir nun schon zum vierten Mal gebucht und kommen wegen der Ausstattung, Lage, Atmosphäre etc. immer wieder gerne dorthin.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist unkompliziert, schnell, zuverlässig und freundlich.

Maison joliment décorée, propre et fonctionnelle. Jardin et terrasse au top. L'emplacement de parking et le vélo à disposition sont très appréciables. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
