Ideally located on the French Riviera, you can easily go sightseeing from Monaco to St Tropez, thanks to a motorway access at 10 mn. Close to the sea, while being located in the greenery at only 4.5 km from the lively village of Valbonne, 6 km from the village of Biot (glass factory of Art). Close to all the shops.
Possibility of multiple activities: tourist visits (many typical villages), sports activities (golf, horse riding, hiking, cycling, tennis, swimming, fitness, water sports), relaxation and well-being at the "golden tulip" spa, many magnificent nearby beaches (Antibes, Cap d'Antibes, Cannes, Théoule...).
Villa with private swimming pool of 6m x 3,5m in a green setting, in the peace, facing the forest. Refined design decoration, beautiful furnishings and quality equipment (new bedding).
Several outside areas have been fitted out: lounging around the swimming pool, lunch and dinner on the shaded terrace, lounge terrace to relax or have an aperitif.
With a surface area of 110 m² on 2 levels, composed of a large living room with open plan kitchen and 4 bedrooms, this is a very pleasant and functional villa, with a garage and outside parking spaces.

For your relaxation: large LCD screen with digital TNT, DVD/CD player.

Terrace of 40 m² fully equipped (table and chairs for 8 people protected by an awning and a blind, 6 deckchairs and 3 parasols, Weber charcoal barbecue) overlooking the swimming pool in a Mediterranean garden of 400 m² with restanques and a view of the forest.
Terrace lounge with sofa and armchairs.
Well-exposed swimming pool: salt water, with counter-current, with solar shower.
