Ideally located in Montemaggiore, typical village of Balagne between Calvi and Lumio, the "Casa Matéo" enjoys an exceptional setting opening on a magnificent panorama maquis and Corsican mountains, There is no sea view from the house. Completely restored the main building and its small sheepfold are a subtle blend of traditional and contemporary design. Parking, Garden, Heated private pool (see periods) and secured by a standard electric tarp, Air conditioning throughout the house and annex Main building: Ground floor : a large living room of 55 m2 facing south, panoramic view, comprising a lounge / dining room, an open kitchen, 1 WC Upstairs : two bedrooms (25 m2 and 14 m2 facing south, panoramic view), 1 bathroom / walk-in shower, 1 WC Annex (15 m2) ground floor, facing south, panoramic view: 1 bedroom, 1 bath / walk-in shower, 1 WC For the comfort of our guests the house is fully air conditioned and equipped with WIFI Landscaped garden with swimming pool (5m x 2.5m) secured by standard tarpaulin. Heated pool: 1 March to 15 May and from 15 September to 30 October.
Possible dates (extra € 120 / week.) On the practical side 3 minutes: Bakery (possibility daily delivery of fresh bread and pastries on request), shop, 3 restaurants, 2 bars to enjoy your holiday. At only 12 minutes, the beaches of blond sand await you in dream frames to invite you to laze in the sun, you will be delighted to discover between the rocks small coves with crystal clear waters. You can also explore the many Corsican landscapes and traditions outside the box.
Many outdoor getaways are possible from the house on foot or vélo..et remember outings forest Bonifato and baignages in mountain torrents (30 minutes by car from the house) Close to Calvi, amateur activities, festivals, atmosphere and of venues will be deceived.

Vila très sympathique avec vue magnifiques sur le montagnes. Pas en 1ere ligne face à la mer mais ça vaut la peine si on cherche du calme loin de la foule.Il y a qq plages entre L île Rousse et Calvi qui sont paradisiaques Très recommandé
