The villa is located on a quiet road, with a short drive from the road to the house. It is a house with a beautiful swimming pool and lovely terraces, some being shaded to enjoy outdoor dinners. There is also an outdoor summer kitchen. All with fantastic views. The house is well equipped and furnished to an excellent standard. The swimming pool is bigger than normal, 11 m x 4 m.

All our villas are located in a wonderful natural environment and in quiet areas of the village. That is why these houses are ideal for vacations for families and groups who seek these characteristics and appreciate them. Please note, therefore, that the villas are not suitable and are not available for loud parties.

Torre del Mar is the nearest beach and is approximately 30 minutes drive. It has an attractive beach and promenade where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children.
Pedregalejo, 5km west of Malaga city centre, is another popular beach and promenade with many bars and restaurants.
Nerja with its famous caves and stunning views over the Med are approximately 1 hour and the journey on the coast road, before you return upto Comares is beautiful!

The village of Comares, which is 5 minutes, by car, has bars, banks, shops, medical centre and restaurants. There are also more bars and restaurants in the small village of Los Ventorros. Malaga City is one hours drive from the house. You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes. The house is perfect for visiting other parts of Andalucia, like, Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. This area of Southern Spain has the best climate of all of Europe and enjoys excellent temperaturas throughout the year. Come and discover the pretty village of Comares and the life of Andalucia.

Pool heating is available from 01 April to 15 November at an additional cost of 190 euros per week.

You must pay a refundable deposit of 500 € on arrival, by credit card. You will be refunded within 7 days of departure. This cannot be done on the day of departure as many guests check out on the same day. Please ensure that our office or your caretaker has your bank details in order to return the deposit.
Pet costs: €50 per pet.
Cost of air conditioning: 30 euros per week is in place for your arrival, after that you pay for what you use. The average cost is 1 euro for 1 hour depending on the temperature set. Please note that air conditioning is only available in rooms.

For long-term rentals (more than 28 days), you pay €0.35/kw for electricity.
