The price of the rent is determined according to the time of the year and for a maximum number of people.
50% will be paid upon booking of the accommodation and 50% will be paid a maximum one month before the stay.
Payments will be made by card online.
Pets : 50 €
The caution: 300 €, will be given at the reception of the keys of the house. (Credit card)
The cleaning of the day of exit is not included in the price of the hiring, it is optional: 85 €. (cash)
Possibility to rent beds linens and towels.
Included in the price are water, electricity and gas. The air conditioning central is optional a supplement: 100 € / week.

Das Haus liegt fernab jeglichen Lärms weit weg vom Trubel der Stadt und des Strandes, die allerdings per Rad in 5 Minuten und zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar sind, dafür hat man seine absolute Ruhe. Es ist das letzte Haus in einer Sackgasse keine 3 Gehminuten vom Wald entfernt, super für Hundehalter...
