This spacious accommodation, with plenty of storage (cupboards / wardrobes) is located due south.
Bright, pleasant overall. On the garden level: (no stairs: disabled access with reduced mobility). It is composed of a fitted kitchen with its independent cellar / laundry room, a living room / living room (click-clack for 2 people), bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet, direct access to private garage. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms.
One of 30 m² with large terrace (open view of the surrounding countryside), 140 bed plus an extra bed in 70.
In the second bedroom: two 90 cm beds.
