Character house located on the edge of the hamlet of Mazes; from the 350 m² living space on several levels, you will have a magnificent view of the village of Sérignac perched on the hill from the large semi-covered terrace; from this space we overlook the garden and the private infinity pool (11.50 x 5.50).
You will enjoy the sun or the refreshing shade of the large trees while listening to the cicadas singing, lying on the deckchairs.
Landscaped pétanque (garden shed, fridge, tables and chairs, lighting), ping pong table, large meadow where young and old can play football, volleyball, badminton. The property (garden, leisure area, parking (6/7 cars) is fenced.
From the terrace you access the studio on the one hand (double bed, shower room, wc, small fitted kitchen), ideal for a couple with a baby (bed, high chair) and on the other hand at home ; on the ground floor kitchen, dining room, living room, beautiful vaulted rooms which keep a pleasant freshness and open onto a small shaded courtyard, where you can isolate yourself.
Laundry room and toilets on the same level. From the staircase you reach a beautiful vaulted room with exposed stones; on the first floor, the spacious bathroom with shower cabin and wc faces the second bedroom open onto a small terrace covered by a trellis.
A few steps higher, a large room (fireplace, piano) opens onto the third bedroom and the small shower room + wc.
The staircase extends to the mezzanine where there are two double beds located on either side of this bright place offering a magnificent view from east to west (from the hills of Sérignac to the Pic St Loup).

Nous étions entre amis avec des enfants et nous avons tous apprécié le lieu et le contact avec Peter. Ils nous a apporté beaucoup d'infos sur les villages aux alentours. Et il est très flexible. Super séjour. Le parc est magnifique
