Come and discover the southern Ardèche, its exceptional heritage (the Pont d'Arc Cave, its famous natural arch, its caves, its picturesque villages ...), swimming, canoe descents of the Ardèche, and the hikes will also allow you to spend pleasant moments of relaxation during your stay.
The air-conditioned gite, for 3 to 4 people, with an area of 40 m2, ideally located in the center of the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc (close to all shops, restaurants, shops, banks, pharmacy, medical center) made of :
- living room with BZ sofa (140/190), fully equipped open kitchen, bathroom with toilet
- upstairs bedroom with bed (140/190)
- garden terrace with its furniture (blind, table, chairs, parasol, BBQ)
- private parking space
The cottage is non-smoking.
Our animal freinds are not admitted.
The deposit is fixed at 400 euros and will be requested upon your arrival (check for French or cash for foreigners) and returned upon your departure unless possible deterioration.
The cleaning price is 50 euros, extra, if agreed.
Bed linen and towels are not provided (rental possible).
The cottage is rented for the WEEK only from Saturday to Saturday

Emplacement idéal car situé à un pas du centre-ville, voiture garée à l'intérieur avec portail, logement impeccable et propriétaire très sympathique et à l'écoute. Proximité des lieux à visiter (grotte Chauvet par exemple), activités plein air au choix (canoë kayak, randonnée, parc aventure etc...

Hote tres accueillant, disponible et arrangeant. Le gite est tres propre , fonctionnel et au calme. De plus il est situé au coeur de vallon pont d arc, et de ses commerces, ce qui permet de faire beaucoup de choses à pieds. La place de parking au sein du gite est tres appréciable. Appartement très bien situé par rapport au centre ville. Le logement est très confortable Les propriétaires sont très très sympathiques.De plus les lieux à visiter sont à proximité donc un plus.
