Le Clos Ste Hélène is an independent villa of 125 m2 on a plot of 600 m2 with a heated swimming pool (from May to September) of 8m x 4.
The swimming pool is exclusively reserved for the villa located in a quiet area, not overlooked .
Rest and tranquility will be assured. The residence is located in Bessan, a small village of 4,200 inhabitants, set back from the major seaside resorts on the Languedoc coast. You will benefit from the beaches which are hardly 8 km or 10 minutes away and from all the small shops in the village.
The local market is Tuesday and Sunday. To have ! The services are considered to be of a high standard. 3 bedrooms for 6 people.

Private heated pool. Garage and private parking for several vehicles. Fully equipped kitchen area, bathroom, shower room and two toilets. Enclosed garden with sun loungers and fitted barbecue area. Wir waren zum dritten Mal in diesem Haus. Ideal sind die drei Schlafzimmer und dass es auch aussen eine getrennte Dusche / Toilette gibt. Der Pool war mit 26 Grad beheizt, einer für mich idealen Temperatur.In der Nähe sind Intermarche und Lidl als Einkaufsmöglichkeit vorhanden.Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin war einfach und stets freundlich. Alles war wieder sehr gut.

Une merveilleuse base confortable pour des vacances en famille. Une villa très bien équipée, la piscine était magnifique. Très bien situé pour l’aéroport de Béziers, les plages comme le Grau d’Agde, les restaurants et les commerces. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons.

Das Haus und der Pool entsprachen voll der Beschreibung. Zweckmässig eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Der Pool ist Weltklasse !!! Als erfahrener Ferienhausurlauber habe ich nichts zu bemängeln. Ruhige Lage noch dazu, einfach super das Haus. Wir haben den Urlaub in Bessan in vollen Zügen genossen und werden wiederkommen.
