Fanny's apartment, 42 m², has been completely renovated. It consists of a living room with a TV area and a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped open kitchen, a large bedroom with a 160-bed, and a shower room.
A travel cot can be provided in the bedroom.
Outdoors
The floor-to-ceiling window opens directly onto the garden, where a barbecue area will be set up just for you (when the season allows).
You’ll therefore share the garden and pool with us, but you’ll enjoy complete privacy thanks to the code-locked gate and a separate entrance with a keybox.

This apartment is part of a large, detached house in a perfectly quiet location, which my family and I live in.
Location & surroundings
Just 10 km from Lyon, yet in the countryside, Fanny’s Apartment is ideally located for both business trips and family getaways: 2 minutes from the highway, with all shops nearby, 5 minutes from the Techlid area, and surrounded by beautiful hiking trails.
Bus 21 stops right outside the house and takes you to the train station and Vaise station in just 15 minutes.
Free public parking spaces are available in front of the house.

We hebben halverwege onze reis naar Zuid Frankrijk in dit appartement overnacht. De familie is heel gastvrij en het appartement is goed uitgerust. Het appartement ligt lager dan het huis met uitzicht op het zwembad waar je als huurder ook gebruik van mag maken. Ook de omheinde tuin was fijn voor ons hond.
