The layout of the house is as follows: on the 1st level: living room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom.
2nd level: 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed) and a bathroom with walk-in shower.
There are about 12 steps to access the 1st level, therefore raised above the garden and then 1 floor to access the bedrooms.
The house is located in Berre itself but not in the small streets of the village; the entrance is place Bellevue.
The rental price does not include the supply of linen or the cleaning costs which may be requested in addition. During certain periods (March-April or September October) a supplement for heating can be requested as an option.
Pets are accepted for an additional € 30 per animal

appartement spacieux pour une famille; et bien équipé!!!espace jardin propice pour un barbecue et confortable pour lire un livre le matin ou au coucher du soleil. Bien placé pour visiter Nice, Monaco,Ventimille, Cannes.

Tres bien accueilli. Maison spacieuse . Proprietaire accueillante et disponible.Seul bémol le réfrigérateur trop petit .Grand jardin et barbecue a volonté.
