Renovated house in an authentic fishing village on the peninsula of Port-des-Barques, located by the sea, between the island of Oléron and La Rochelle.
Bakeries, pharmacy, hairdresser, grocery store, mini-market, restaurants and the post office are a few hundred meters away, accessible by small pedestrian lanes.
Large parking lot located in front of the house at 20 meters.
Ideal rental for family holidays, or for spa guests (thermal cure in Rochefort), up to 6 people, including 1 large double bed in one bedroom, 2 single beds on the mezzanine and 1 double sofa bed in the living room.

Séjour très sympathique dans un petit village en bordure de Charente.
Le gîte est propre et bien agencé pour une famille avec 2 enfants.
Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et à l'écoute.

Appartement bien situé proche des commerces (boulangerie, supérette, pharmacie) et des restaurants. Un parc de jeux pour enfants en face avec de quoi garer sa voiture.
Seul bémol : une odeur de renfermé malgré la Vmc. On aurait le plus possible pour que cela passe et on a aussi utilisé un sent bon....
