L'appartement est situé dans un petit lotissement de vacances aménagé autour d'une piscine. Il se trouve à seulement quelques centaines de mètres de la plage de Capbreton et de la promenade. À proximité immédiate, vous trouverez une boulangerie proposant un choix exquis.
