The house is ideally located at 830 m altitude, in a very quiet location, 3 km from the Lispach ski area, just 7 km from the slopes of the Bresse - Hohneck and about 20 km from Gerardmer and Xonrupt- Longemer.

All the shops are in the city center at 5 kilometers. You will also find nearby a multitude of activities, a lake for swimming, fishing and windsurfing, a pool complex, bowling, initiation to trial, quad, archery, horseback riding. There is also: ice rink, cinema, discotheque, casino, adventure park, V. T.T course, alpine and Nordic ski slopes. Information is available to you.

The house is on 24 acres of land. With a surface of 250 m2, it is composed of three levels including a kitchen, 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets including 2 independent, and a garage for storing skis, toboggans, bicycles etc. ....

The bedrooms have a capacity of 2 to 4 people, distributed as follows:

- 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds
- 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed
- 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds.

A baby cot and two high chairs are also available.
All beds are equipped with a mattress pad and a protective sheet, a blanket, a bedspread and a pillow with protective cover per person.(You must bring your pillow and mattress protectors for hygiene reasons).
The sheets can be rented for the price of the cleaning to the laundry, to specify with the reservation.

The spacious and luminous living room, with an area of 45 m2, is adjacent to the kitchen. The group can prepare and eat together while leaving everyone the opportunity to retire in peace.

A TV corner for children on the floor with DVD player and USB key + DVD for children.

The house has electric heating.

We put at your disposal a dishwasher, two refrigerators, one with a freezer compartment, a ceramic hob and an electric oven, a microwave, a pressure cooker 18 liters, a mixer-diver, a food processor, an electric knife, coffeemakers as well as a SENSEO coffee maker, all the necessary dishes for 20 people as well as a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

For sunny days, you will find a barbecue and forest tables. All this equipment is in the garage and will be returned to this location after use.
