Here I am again on the rental market, I am the atypical house of Xonrupt, very close to Gerardmer, I was sold by my former owners and I was lucky to be bought and here I am, I am completely renovated inside, I have been repainted outside too, my green space has undergone a good facelift, the trees have been pruned, the children will have well protected space, a small slide is installed and some small surprises the others, a small cabin just for them.
I am located in the center of Xonrupt, you can do everything on foot if you wish, the bakery, the pharmacy, the butcher, the bookstore, the white of the Vosges (great specialty of VOSGES), local products, rental skiing, snowshoeing, cycling, mountain biking ... etc ...
Bologna, a pretty river, flows right next to the house, fishermen will be in paradise. And speaking of paradise, a few kilometers from the house is a pond "fisherman's paradise", specialist in trout, and then, there are the lakes, a pure wonder, extraordinary hikes around the lake of Retournemer and Longemer, tours in electric boats or pedal boats will delight young and old I speak only of Xonrupt given that Gerardmer is 3 kilometers away ...
The mountain is a joy for everyone, you are in the middle of all possible activities, zip line, paintball, laser games, summer toboggan, ice rink, bowling, swimming pool ... possibility of para - slope and tour by small tourist plane .. etc
Skiing in VOSGES has no secrets for anyone, if you can ski with snow here, you can do it everywhere ...
The whiteness of winter will dazzle you, as it is pretty, with each switch on the road, the landscape changes .... this nature will invigorate you ...

In the very spacious living room with its cathedral ceiling, you will feel at ease and at the same time very cocooning with its interior mixing modern and Vosges style.

I also have a large dressing room and a washing machine and dryer.
