The flat has a living room with terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. In the living room there are two Italian opening sofa beds with state-of-the-art mattresses, which guarantee a perfect rest, offering the same firmness and stability as a normal bed. It also includes a folding bed with the same characteristics.

If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide you with a cot, subject to availability and at an additional cost. In addition, we offer the option of early check-in and late check-out, both services available on request and at an extra cost.

The studio is located in front of the two cathedrals, only 400 metres from the Plaza Mayor of Salamanca and 200 metres from the University of Salamanca. The Art Deco & Art Nouveau Museum of the Casa Lis and the Huerto de Calixto y Melibea are within walking distance of the flat, while the Museum of Automotive History, the Roman Bridge and the Cave of Salamanca are about 100 metres away. We recommend you to park your car in the garage and enjoy the city on foot, as everything is very close.
