This is an absolutely beautiful 4 bedroom villa, located in Vista De Los Angeles, a prime location in Mojacar Playa. Bars, restaurants and blue flag beaches all within walking distance from the property.
The villa has views of the sea, the mountains and Mojacar pueblo.
Upon entering the house you are greeted with a warm fresh spacious living room, complete with log fire and sea and mountain views. The open plan kitchen is also accessible from the lounge and has all the usual amenities.

There are three terraces to the property, one at lounge level which has amazing sea views along with sunrises on every morning. The second terrace leads off the second floor landing and the third bedroom which again has front mojacar sea views and mountains views. The third and final roof terrace has panoramic views of all three , the beach, the mountains and the pueblo. Two of the first terraces have new seating furniture and table.
Access from the private enclosed driveway is a brand new swimming pool and outside shower which again has stunning views to the countryside and pueblo.
Amenities outside come with 6 luxury sun beds with matching 8 seater outside table and chairs for evening dining. Outside area is west facing so perfect for watching sun setting behind the mountain.
