Facing south with a breathtaking view of the Esterel, exclusive rental of a property with two stone masets, swimming pool and outbuildings on a plot of 750 m². (see plan in the photos).
- A 60 m² maset (Le Chêne) comprising two rooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom and toilet with the possibility of sleeping 2 to 4 people.
- A 35 m² maset (Jasmin) for 2 people including a bedroom, shower room, wc and a living room.
The property is further equipped with:
• a private swimming pool of 7 x 3.5 (heated in medium and high season) secured by alarm, prof. from 0.9m to 1.5m
• a pool house with summer kitchen, pizza oven and outdoor shower (with hot water)
• a playground (petanque and badminton) and an outbuilding housing a laundry room.

The property is covered by a free wifi hot spot, Le maset Le Chêne has a television offering the programs of "canalsat the integral" and a fireplace to enhance the cooler evenings.
Both masets are equipped with reversible air conditioning. Household linen is provided (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels and kitchen towels) The beds are made by the housekeeper on the day of arrival. Additional services: - Fixed price 75 € (compulsory) for cleaning and Covid disinfection carried out at the end of the stay by the housekeeper. - Realization of basic necessities by the housekeeper before arrival with a supplement of 18 € on the price of the races. Ideal for 2 couples, the estate also lends itself to a family with children offering up to 6 beds (2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room of the maset Le Chêne) Activities nearby: 7 golf courses, equestrian center, cycling, mountain biking, marked hikes, climbing school, glider flight school, fishing, swimming and canoeing at Lac de St Cassien, Fréjus St Raphael beach, educational farm, discoveries perched villages of the Pays de Fayence, the arenas of Fréjus, etc. In the Village: 4 restaurants, 2 bakeries, a supermarket, a wine shop, a health center with pharmacy, a beauty salon, a hairdresser, a service station and 4 charging stations for electric vehicles.
