In Porticcio, the villa Serena offers you an exceptional view of the sea, the maquis and the mountains, 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the shops.
Very open to the panorama and not overlooked, the house has several terraces and a swimming pool (heating at 28 ° at an additional cost) to enjoy the sun and the shade as you wish.
THE VILLA :
Villa Serena overlooks Ajaccio bay and offers one of the most beautiful panoramas of Porticcio over the sea and the mountains.
It is a traditional type villa.
It has 4 bedrooms. The living room, 3 of the bedrooms, all the terraces and the swimming pool have a view of the sea.
It is ideal for 6 to 8 people (6 adults maximum). • Several terraces to enjoy the sea, the sun, the shade depending on the time of day and desires • 5 to 10 min walk from the beaches •Swimming pool • TV, DVD player, Wifi, • Optional cleaning service The interior: It is a traditional Corsican type house.
The living room is pleasant and practical with its opening onto the terrace and the balcony which incidentally allows the room natural ventilation.

Très belle maison ultra bien équipée !! Rien ne manque .. une vue époustouflante sur toutes les terrasses … très bonne communication avec le propriétaire qui est très réactif ! Séjour absolument fabuleux dans cette belle maison très confortable parfaitement équipée. La vue est exceptionnelle et les différentes terrasses permettent d’être au soleil ou à l’ombre selon les souhaits de chacun. Accueil très chaleureux, et grande réactivité face à un petit souci technique. Bref, une séjour idyllique !
