Only 100 metres from the sea, this villa in Moëlan-sur-Mer captures the quieter side of the Brittany coast where days are shaped by tides, seafood lunches, and long evenings outdoors after the beaches empty. The atmosphere suits families and groups who prefer relaxed coastal living over resort-style holidays, with enough space to spend entire afternoons moving between the pool, garden, sauna, and terrace without feeling rushed.
The house accommodates up to nine guests across four bedrooms and combines practical comfort with a distinctly seaside rhythm. The heated covered swimming pool keeps the property usable year-round, while the fenced garden, barbecue area, steam shower, fitness equipment, and billiards room make rainy Atlantic afternoons feel just as enjoyable as sunny ones.
Kerfany Plage is approximately a 4-minute drive away and is known for calmer waters and family-friendly swimming areas during summer. Beach Kérou can be reached in around 20 minutes by car and attracts surfers once the wind picks up along the coast. Walking paths, cycling routes, sailing, fishing, and water sports all shape daily life in this part of Brittany.
By evening, most guests end up outside listening to the sea air move through the garden while dinner stretches late into the night. The villa feels particularly rewarding for travellers looking for a slower, more grounded coastal stay rather than a heavily commercial beach destination.

Eine praktische Wahl für einen Gruppenausflug. Die Villa bot alles, was wir brauchten, von einer gut ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu komfortablen Wohnräumen. Es war schön, nach einem Tag am Strand einen privaten Pool zum Abkühlen zu haben.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Familienurlaub in dieser Villa! Der private Pool war ein absolutes Highlight, besonders für die Kinder. Wir haben stundenlang entspannt die Sonne genossen. Der Garten war perfekt für unseren Nachmittagstee, und wir haben das Grillen zum Abendessen sehr genossen. Absolut empfehlenswert!
